Trisha Bond
After struggling with her weight and minor health issues Trisha decided that she wanted to make a positive change that would help her to live a long, fulfilling and healthy life. Growing up she had never been excited about exercise or appreciated the purpose it held in her life. As she is a creature of variety (she gets easily bored!) she decided to try something new. The key was finding an enjoyable activity. The Groove Method & Zumba provided the element of fun she needed to allow her to dance her way to a healthier body. In fact, she enjoyed herself so much that she became an instructor. Now her focus is on maintaining a healthy heart, strong muscles and helping others enjoy their own fitness journey!
