Janet V. McCredie is the founder and ‘Head’ Coach of the Relationship Resolution Centre, Inc. Janet recently changed the focus of her work to concentrate on people needing guidance and support through one of the toughest times in their lives, that of Separation and Divorce. Janet is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediator / Facilitator (trained by the STITT FELD HANDY Group) specializing in Family, Divorce and Workplace (Board of Director) Mediation and is now working towards Accreditation to become an Elder Mediator. Janet is also Relationship / Divorce Recovery Coach.

Janet worked for over 22 years in public housing as a Front-line Crisis Worker, Director, Manager and Facilitator. She worked for 4 years with the Royal Ottawa Rehabilitation Centre as a Job Search Counsellor and Psychometrist. She also worked for 2 years for the Department of Psychology, University of British Columbia as a Psychometrist and Research Assistant.

Janet is Mentored by several Accredited Family and Comprehensive Mediators, several Ontario Family Law Lawyers, a Real Estate Lawyer, an Estate Lawyer and many Health and Wellness Practitioners. Her goal is to train young people to make the proper relationship choices in life and thereby ending the Divorce Mediation and Recovery aspects of her business. In the meantime, Janet will draw on the experiences of her divorces to help others heal faster from their own separation and divorce.

During one of her training sessions Janet was required to write down her Core Values as a personal mission statement. Her mission statement illustrates her dedication to her goal of helping people through their difficult life stages.
